Conditions of validity
The Your Nature gift vouchers can be redeemed for a stay to be planned within 1 year after the date of purchase, subject to availability. The Your Nature gift vouchers may not be exchanged or refunded.
Purchase a Your Nature Gift Voucher
The Your Nature Gift Voucher can be purchased via the Your Nature Call Centre, by telephone on +32 (0)69 31 31 31, from 9.00 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, or via the form at the top of this page.
You may specify the value of the Your Nature Gift Voucher, with a minimum of 100 euros.
Using my Your Nature Gift Voucher
Contact the Your Nature Booking Office with the reference number of the Your Nature Gift Voucher, the name of the beneficiary written on the voucher and the desired dates of your stay. Telephone: +32 (0)69 31 31 31, between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., or by e-mail to resort@yournature.be. When you exchange your voucher by telephone, its value will be deducted from the total amount of your stay at Your Nature.
