Frequently asked questions

From the time of arrival to the facilities provided to how to book certain activities,
we have compiled some of the most frequently asked questions below about your upcoming stay with us.

 

 

 

How do I make a reservation ?

General public / private individuals: Please note that you can book directly from our website or via our Call Centre. The party responsible for the booking must be 18 years of age or older.

Groups and businesses: Your nature has a special rate for “group clients” (businesses, associations, works councils) with a minimum of 20 paying participants. Bookings for groups and businesses can be made via our Call Centre, by telephone or e-mail.

 

When is the final payment for a reservation due ?

For a reservation made more than 45 days before your arrival, a 50% deposit will be required upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid at the latest 45 days before the start of the stay. For all reservations made 45 days or less before arrival, a full payment of the total amount of the stay will be required.

What does the price of my booking cover ?

The rental price of each unit includes the use of water, gas and electricity, access to the restaurants and swimming pools, the preparation of the rooms (sheets, towels) as well as the cleaning at the end of the holiday. Beds are made on arrival, and towels are provided. Not included: local tourist tax and extra activities (bike rental, treatments, meals, etc.).

Are the evening meal and breakfast included in the price ?

Unless you have expressly confirmed this option upon reservation, meals and breakfasts are not included in the price of your stay. However, our various catering outlets will be at your disposal during your stay, depending on the formula you choose (breakfast, lunch, or meal served at the table or in your room, or prepared Cooking Basket in your own home).

At what time can we arrive at Your Nature on the first day ?

On the first day of your stay, we will welcome you from 13.00 am onwards. Once you have checked in, you will be able to use all the facilities on the estate. Please note that the lodgings are only accessible from 17:00 on the day of arrival.

What should I do in case of late arrival ?

In the event of late arrival (check-in after 8 p.m.), we kindly ask you to personally inform the receptionist (contact details indicated in the booking form) by telephone and to arrange the procedure to be followed for the collection of access bracelets. To ensure the tranquillity of our residents, check-in at the Resort and in the lodgings is not permitted after 11 p.m.

What should I do with my luggage ?

On arrival at the Resort, you will be asked to present yourself and your luggage at the reception desk. After check-in, if you do not wish to walk to your accommodation, an electric car shuttle service is organised at very regular intervals to drop you and your luggage off near your accommodation.

If you have booked electric buggy, a bike, electric bike or electric scooter, it will be waiting for you in our Bike Center, next to the Reception, upon your arrival.

All our accommodation is equipped with space to park and secure your bikes and  have a charging area and parking for these carts near their entrance.

What is the distance from the car park to the units ?

The maximum distance between the reception area and the furthest accommodation is approximately 3 kilometres.

Should I bring my own baby equipment ?

A range of baby equipment (cot, bath, bouncer, potty, high chair) is available on request at the time of booking or at the reception desk at check-in (subject to availability).

Should I bring my own sheets and towels ?

Your lodging will be provided with made up beds and bath towels based on the number of occupants. Soap, shampoo, and an assortment of toiletries are also provided.

Should I bring my own cooking equipment ?

No, you don’t. Each property’s kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you may need to prepare the recipes of our Cooking Baskets for your lunches, meals and breakfasts.

How do I travel around the Resort ?

The internal roads of the Resort are not accessible by motorized vehicles.
For this reason, it is possible to reserve a bicycle, electric bicycle, electric scooter or a small electric vehicle (golfcart) when you make your reservation or during your stay (subject to availability).
All our accommodation is equipped with space to park and secure your bikes and have a charging area and parking for these carts near their entrance.

A limited number of bikes, electric bikes and golfcars can be booked in advance. If the maximum number per period is reached, this option will no longer be visible on the site. We invite you to select another period of stay if this option is necessary for the quality of your stay.

Is smoking allowed in the accommodation ?

Our indoor accommodation and facilities are non-smoking. As the Resort is surrounded by nature, we have integrated smoking areas in various locations near the accommodation and communal buildings.

Can I leave the Resort during my stay and come back later ?

When checking in, all residents receive a wristband giving them access to the reserved accommodation and collective buildings (swimming pool, restaurants, shop, etc.). This means that you can leave the Resort at any time. Access to the outside world, entry and exit, is available to Resort residents 24 hours a day via the reception desk.

Can I use the Wi-Fi inside the Resort ?

The Resort has a free and powerful WI-FI network both inside all the lodgings, the common areas and along the main paths through the Resort. The quality of connections may be poorer or non-existent in the rest of the nature areas.

Is the Resort guarded at night ?

Your Nature Resort is patrolled both during the day and at night by guards and cameras.

Can I access Your Nature without having booked overnight accommodation ?

To ensure that our residents’ stay is enjoyable and that our activities are well organised, access to Your Nature is restricted to residents and resort staff only.

Are there any properties suitable for people with reduced mobility ?

A number of our Leaf units are accessible to people with reduced mobility (in 2 bedroom units). This is clearly indicated on our website when you choose this type of accommodation. These homes have an accessible kitchen and bathroom.

For other not specifically adapted living areas, please note that some units are more suitable for people with disabilities or reduced mobility. In units that do not provide these facilities and in our shared areas, additional assistance may be required. We encourage people with reduced mobility to inform us as thoroughly as possible as to what requirements the accommodation will have to meet, which will enable us to indicate whether the desired accommodation can be recommended.

Are pets allowed in the Resort and in the lodgings ?

We allow bookings for a certain number of specific pet-friendly units. For further information, please refer to the special section on pets in our General Terms and Conditions. 

For the safety of our animal friends as well as to ensure a good cohabitation with all other residents, the presence of animals is quite possible in the following types of accommodation:

The Lodge
The Leaf
The Leaf adapted accommodation (PRM)
The Leaf – 3 bedrooms

The Flower Residence

 

This option must be confirmed when you book online or when you call our call centre.

To the extent that the presence of a pet requires additional cleaning work, a supplement of €10 per day/animal per accommodation will be charged.

How can I book leisure activities ?

A few days before the start of your stay, you will receive a link to an application from us, by email or SMS, which will allow you to book your activities (e.g. Padel court rental, participation in a cooking class or bike rental).

If you do not find some of our activities on this application or if they are not proposed to you by the Call Centre, it is because the organisation of these activities may, for example, depend on the weather or on availability. You can then book your activities and services at the Your Nature Activity Centre during your stay.

Is there a laundry service available ?

We do not provide this service. However, please contact our Housekeeping Department for more information on any special needs.

Is the end-of-stay cleaning of the accommodation included in the package ?

Yes. However, we do expect our guests to wash the dishes, clean the kitchen and fridge and put the dishes away in the cupboards on departure. We also ask guests to put the household waste away in the designated area.

Your Nature can offer an optional “Kitchen & Rubbish” cleaning package when you make your reservation.

At what time do I have to vacate the accommodation and leave the Resort on the day of departure ?

On the day of your departure, you are required to leave the unit before 10 am to allow for cleaning. But you can still use all the facilities of the Resort throughout the day!

Is a shuttle service organised ?

In order to facilitate your arrival at our Resort Your Nature, we have set up a transfer service linking our site to the nearest airports and train stations.

This service can be booked for a fee via the Call Centre or at the reception.
